Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
- All regular orders are processed within 7-10business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. *
-Custom orders take longer to process due to design time. My goal is to have them completed within 14 days of design approval.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
We ship via United States Postal Service. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should update with the USPS within 24 hours.
